Holistic Sleep Coach, Educational Psychologist and Mum of two

I help parents navigate their child's sleep challenges with compassion, evidence-based guidance and a deep respect for the parent-child relationship. My work is about helping families move from exhaustion and uncertainty to feeling calm, confident and emotionally connected again.

My approach looks beyond the sleep itself. Together we look at your child's emotional world, their health, your relationship, and the rhythms of their day. Because everything is connected, and lasting change only comes when you understand the whole picture.

I came to this work through two paths; professional and deeply personal. As a Child and Educational Psychologist I spent years studying how children develop, regulate their emotions, and build secure relationships. Then I became a parent, experienced our own sleep challenges, and understood first-hand what it feels like to be exhausted, conflicted and desperate for things to change. That combination of training and lived experience shapes everything I do.

I believe that how we get to better sleep matters just as much as the sleep itself. My approach is responsive, relationship-centred and rooted in what we know about how children develop and thrive. I hold your child's emotional wellbeing and your own at the centre of everything we do together.
